  • One of 4 founders. Co-wrote the initial business plan used to secure initial round of funding, along with follow-up plans used to secure additional rounds of funding.
  • Lead the company from 0 to yearly revenue exceeding 10 million.
  • Performed the lead role in making technology decisions for the company.
  • Developed web based CRM/billing software including payment processing as well as commission generation for inside and outside sales forces. The application was possibly the first ever developed large scale web based business application. (Circa 1995)
  • Designed and implemented a large WAN with 100+ physical locations across Iowa, Illinois, Michigan, and Wisconsin. Supporting Dialup service for 50,000+ customers and dedicated connections to over 50 companies.
  • Directed the team that acquired space and built out all POP locations including the design, construction, and installation of hardware and infrastructure.
  • Managed the roll out of copper, fiber, as well as wireless network infrastructure as part of an access network to serve customers.
  • Completed integration of customer bases and networks of various companies that the company acquired, creating many cost saving measures for the company.
  • Have designed and implemented back-end support systems including signup and normal wholesale network use for various set-top box manufactures.
